Research Interest

Artificial intelligence/computer-aided industrial protein science and biocatalytic engineering:

By combining artificial intelligence/computer-aided technology and biocatalysis and conversion technology, we aim to explore, analyze, and apply the enzyme elements in the direction of biomass sugar to obtain key enzymes with clear catalytic mechanisms, clear speed limiting steps, and significantly improved enzymatic properties, serving the national strategy of sustainable development and "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality". Published original research papers as the sole first author in academic journals such as Nat Commun, J Am Chem Soc, P Natl Acad Sci, Green Chem, etc., with a total of 23 related articles and authorized patents.
