1/Rational Design of Enzymes: Employing methods such as molecular dynamics, quantum chemistry, and machine learning to rationally design and modify enzymes in terms of their catalytic activity, structural stability, substrate specificity, and cofactor dependency.
2/Design of Biological Probes: By designing and modifying the substrate binding pocket and the elastic network of transcriptional regulatory factors, develop biological probes specific for certain compounds.
3/Design of Biosynthetic Pathways: Utilizing the retrosynthetic approach from organic synthesis combined with deep learning algorithms to construct entirely new biosynthetic pathways.
