Engaged in extensive research involving the systematic design and construction of efficient biological conversion pathways guided by computational systems biology. My work focuses on various research directions, including the construction of metabolic network models, the development of model quality control methods, algorithms for designing non-natural pathways, and the prediction of targets for metabolic engineering. Notably, I have conducted significant research in the rational design of pathways guided by models, leading to the development of the comb-FBA pathway design algorithm. In recent years, I have shifted my focus to model quality control and the development of user-friendly online tools for pathway design, with a commitment to providing experimental biologists with accessible and reliable online tools.
