Currently, I am mainly responsible for the equipment management and method development for Structural Biology Platform. She specializes in equipment management and technology development related to protein preparation, protein property determination, protein crystallization screening, and x-ray diffraction data collection, such as single crystal X-ray diffractometer, crystal screening robot, circular dichroism spectrometer, protein stability analyzer, multi-angle laser light scattering instrument. I have rich experience in protein expression purification, protein property research, protein crystallization screening, diffraction data collection and structure analysis.
