The structural biology platform has built a complete technical chain of efficient protein expression, purification, preparation, protein property identification and structural biology research, realizing low-cost, high-throughput and accurate protein structural and functional research and service capabilities, and giving full supporting in protein structural and functional research. The platform includes protein expression preparation, property identification and structural biology research modules, and has a technical supporting team with rich experiences. Equipped with complete structural biology research equipment, the protein preparation capacity reaches 300-600 samples/year, the property identification capacity reaches 1000-5000 samples/year, the protein crystal screening ability reaches 10,000 samples/year, and the crystal diffraction data collection reaches to 300 sets/year. The platform has low-cost, high-throughput, accurate protein structural and functional research and service capabilities, providing comprehensive technical support for basic biological research.
