I、Introduction of the Technical Support Center

The Technical Support Center is in charge of the core facilities of our institute, it including seven core technical platforms: the BioDesign Center (BDC), the Systems Biology Center, the Intelligent Intelligent Bio-Manufacturing Center， the High- Throughput Editing and Screening Platform, the Structural Biology Platform, the DNA Synthesis Platform, and the Microscopic imaging and microfabrication platform. All  of the core facilities are open to domestic and foreign researchers for scientific research. 

II．Introduction of the DNA synthesis platform

The DNA synthesis platform is equipped with automated synthesis production equipment, purification and detection analysis equipment, an experienced technical team, innovative synthesis and assembly technology, and a comprehensive product quality management system. We mainly provide customized services such as conventional oligonucleotide synthesis, oligonucleotide pool synthesis, gene synthesis, gene fragment synthesis, and gene library construction. We strictly guarantee the safety of information and biological samples in accordance with national research project management standards, with fast product delivery speed, high sequence accuracy, and high protein expression levels.

III． Introduction of the Microscopic imaging and microfabrication platform

Microscopic Imaging and microfabrication Platform have Micro-imaging analysis equipments，such as optical microscope, fluorescence microscope, laser scanning confocal microscope(LSCM), scanning electron microscop(SEM), environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM), transmission electron microscope(TEM), and atomic force microscope(AFM), etc. And biological sample preparation equipments include high pressure freezing system, chemical fixation system and ultrasonic slicing, ect. So we can provide one-stop service from sample preparation to microscopic observation. We also have micro and nano processing and testing equipments, with the ability to carry out micro and nano processing, surface modification, chip construction, and other micro processing.
