Main configuration and technical specifications:
1、Mosquito utilizes a disposable sampling needle to perform rapid and high-precision pipetting within a larger volume, without the risk of cross contamination;
2、Mosquito uses a disposable micro sampling needle with an independent piston for solid-phase displacement pipetting, providing ultra-high accuracy and precision that is not affected by the type of liquid;
3、When using multiple suction commands, the minimum suction volume can reach 10nL, helping to save precious protein samples；
4、The flexible sampling mode is suitable for various crystallization methods to meet the needs of different projects。
Application and characteristics:
1、Mainly used for crystal screening;
2、It can be flexibly applied to common protein crystallization screening methodssuch as hanging droplets, sitting droplets, oil droplets, seeding, or additives, and can also establish other special crystallization methods such as gradient dilution. It is capable of conducting all protein crystallization experimentsexcept LCP。
