Structural biology research platform which is consisted of protein expression and preparation，protein characterization and protein structural biology research module has a technical supporting team with rich experiences in structural biology research. With complete equipment of structural biology research, the platform is capable of accomplishing protein preparation with 300-600 samples, protein characterization with 1000-5000 samples, protein crystal screening with 10000 and diffraction data collection with 300 sets per year, providing technical services of structural and functional research precisely with low-cost and fully supporting the basic biological research.
The structural biology platform has established a complete and efficient technical chain of protein expression and preparation, protein characterization and structural biology research, providing low-cost, high-throughput and precise services for protein structural and functional research, which fully plays an important supporting role in basic biological research. The platform processes complete equipment and advanced technologies providing the following equipment supporting and technological services, which can be divided into the following modules.
