The Systems Biology Center provides services cover genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, and molecular interaction analyses. We are equipped with advanced instruments, including (first, second and third generation) gene sequencers, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (e.g. Thermo Eclipse、Bruker timsTOF pro2、SCIEX EchoMS, etc), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (Thermo Exploris GC240、Agilent 7010B, etc), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) systems (LC-SPE-NMR/MS), and biomolecular interaction analyzers (Cytiva SPR 8K、NanoTEMPER MST、MicroCal PEAQ-ITC, etc).

Focusing on industrial biology, we provide various services for sample analysis and methodology developing, including genome and transcriptome sequencing, ChIP-seq, amplicon sequencing, insertion-site sequencing, qualitative and quantitative proteomics, protein post-translational modifications identification, biomolecular interaction analysis, target molecule ligand screening, affinity measurement, non-targeted and targeted metabolomics, high-throughput metabolomics, isotope labeling analysis, cation/anion, organic acid, and sugar analysis, metal element analysis, amino acid quantification, small molecule structure identification, and analysis of functional groups and molecular bond changes.

We have established a "one-stop" testing and analysis technical system from sample preparation to acquisition of multi-omics data. Enables low-cost, high-throughput, multi-dimensional, and accurate cross-omics data acquisition and analysis evaluation, as well as diagnostic services. We aims providing comprehensive technical support for the understanding, development, and application of artificial cell factories.
