Bruker LC-SPE-NMR/MS Metabolic Profiler

Connect Bruker AVANCE III 600MHz NMR, Agilent 1260 HPLC, Bruker micrOTOF-Q II high-resolution QTOF mass spectrometer and Bruker/Spark solid-phase-extraction system via pipelines and physically connect them through a set of software.

One sample injection can provide UV, molecular weight, and NMR structural information for metabolites, which is highly efficient.
It can perform qualitative and quantitative detection of metabolites.
It can be enriched multiple times to meet the detection conditions of NMR, so it can detect metabolites with lower concentrations.
It can monitor the dynamic changes of metabolites.
It can perform mass detection of a large number of samples.
